Karen O'Malley: I love my family of 4. My daughter just graduated from college, pursuing a neuroscience career. My son is in college to become a mechanical engineer. My husband is in sales. I have worked in the public library system for 18 years now. Before that I taught elementary school for 5 years. I love working with the public to meet their information needs on a daily basis. I love promoting early literacy skill building through interactive programs! When not working I like to hike, run, and do anything outdoors - even in the winter!
